1. I can’t find my child’s name. What should I do?
First, try searching the entire list. The name you are looking for may be there but under a different spelling.
There are different ways to spell a name but often the pronunciation is the same. Look for the phonetic
spelling of the name. Darin, for example may be listed as Darrin, or Daryn. You
can modify the spelling of any of the names when you complete your order.
2. My child has a unique name. Why can’t you make a custom CD for
my child’s name?
The tracks for each of the names we have available
were recorded live in the studio by the actual character actors from each brand. The names are never dubbed
into the cd. You can always try a cd using a nickname such as Princess or Pumpkin.
3. Are the voices on the CD actually those of the real characters
pictured?
Yes. Each CD was recorded live in a professional
recording studio with the actual character actors from each brand.
4. Do I need a computer to play the music?
No,
the personalized CDs will play in any home or car CD player as well as in computer CD drives.
5. How soon will my order arrive?
All
of our orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. They are shipped via First Class Mail, free of
charge, so they are typically received within 5-7 days of placing your order.
6. What if I want to receive my order sooner?
We
are happy to accommodate our customers shipping needs. Please contact us and we will price the shipping
accordingly.
7. What is your return policy?
Due to the fact each CD is personalized and created just for your order, they are not refundable. Should you
receive a defective CD, please return it within 30 days for a replacement at no charge.
8. When will you add new CDs?
We
are continually adding new products to our product line. Check our website often to check for new titles
and join our mailing list for product updates.
